Fred Rash
Fred
began his career in the restaurant business working
his way up the ranks at Magic Pan International from
1974 to 1986. While there, Fred was able to advance
himself to the Eastern Regional Manager for the company.
Overseeing the companies twenty-eight restaurants that
generated sales in excess of $30 million. In 1986, Fred's
three-year tenure with Dunkin Ventures Corporation proved
to be a success for the region. Operating as a Licensee
of Chili's Bar and Grill, Fred was instrumental in spearheading
the operations of a startup new restaurant division.
At Banta Management Services, Fred was responsible for
a five multi-concept operation with sales in excess
of $9 million. Fred's multi-concept experience would
be useful for his next venture with Concession Air Corporation.
Fred oversaw eight airports in four states with annual
sales of $49 million. More recently, Fred was the Senior
Vice President and COO for Brew Moon Enterprises. An
acclaimed microbrewery in the Northeast and Hawaii,
Brew Moon was the first restaurant in the country to
apply for the prestigious Malcolm Baldridge Award for
organizational excellence. In 1999, Brew Moon was recognized
as one of the Hot Concepts for that year from Nation's
Restaurant News. Under his guidance, Fred was responsible
for sale, conversion and operations of Brew Moon to
Rock Bottom Restaurants. Currently, Fred resides in
Kingston, Massachusetts with his wife, Denise, and their
two children Lauren and Kyle.

Scott Hartford
Scott
began his restaurant career in college at the University
of Massachusetts in Amherst earning his Bachelor's of
Science Degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration.
Recruited from college to work for his first company,
Chevy's Fresh Mex based out of San Francisco, California.
After management training in Arizona, Scott would soon
explore what the country had to offer by opening over
nine restaurants throughout the United States. His entrepreneurial
spirit would lure him to his next his move in the business
with Canyon Café, A Southwestern Experience based out
of Dallas, Texas. As the General Manager of Atlanta's
premier location, Scott oversaw operations of a $4.5
million unit. In 1999, Scott joined Brew Moon Enterprises
in their Braintree, Massachusetts location. There, he
operated two restaurants, Braintree then Cambridge,
during his three-year tenure. In addition to his General
Manager role, Scott recruited managers as well as began
the Brew Moon/Rock Bottom training program while the
restaurant companies merged. Currently, Scott lives
in Brockton, Massachusetts.
